SRC purchased a 47k industrial building in August 2021 located at in Charleston, SC.  SRC will invest capital to make the Property suitable to a single user.  SRC is also entitling 1 acre of the site for 30 x RV/Boat Storage spots.

SRC along with its joint-venture partners Crestline Investors, Inc. and Bristol Capital Corp. acquired a 70k big box retail building in April 2022 located at in St. Petersburg, FL.  SRC is entitling the site for high-density multi-family.

SRC and Bristol Capital Corp helped to arrange a build-to-suit with Brennan Investment Group for a 120k SF, institutional warehouse building on behalf of a tenant.

SRC along with its joint-venture partners Crestline Investors, Inc. and Bristol Capital Corp. acquired a 5 acre site in the Northern Las Vegas submarket.  The JV will construct a 82k SF warehouse which is expected to deliver in 1Q2024.

SRC along with its joint-venture partners Crestline Investors, Inc. and Bristol Capital Corp. acquired a roughly 10 acre site in the Glen Burnie, MD.  The JV will construct a 115k SF warehouse which is expected to deliver in 4Q2024.

SRC along with its joint-venture partners Crestline Investors, Inc. and Bristol Capital Corp. acquired a roughly 10 acre site in the Londonderry, NH.  The JV will construct a 100k SF warehouse which is expected to deliver in 2Q2025.

SRC along with its joint-venture partner Bristol Capital Corp. acquired a roughly 10 acre site in the Tampa, FL.  The JV will construct a 125k SF warehouse which is expected to deliver in 4Q2025.

SRC acquired the 10-acre site in West Delray, FL in a joint-venture, to develop a 112,000 SF warehouse facility, replacing its existing West Palm Beach location. The project expects to break ground in 3Q2025 and deliver 3Q2026.

SRC acquired the 120,000 SF distribution facility in Manassas, VA in a joint-ventured. The Property is fully leased.

SRC acquired the 50,400 SF distribution facility in Sacramento, CA in a joint-ventured. The Property is fully leased.

SRC joint-ventured with Zippy Shell, Inc to develop a 71,000 SF warehouse in San Jose, CA. The project expects to break ground in 1Q2025 and deliver 1Q2026.
